When purchasing online please make sure to include all your details (email address, address for delivery and contact details). As we process the orders, we will send your order through to the courier service for delivery. Dra Afrikaner (Pty) Ltd currently makes use of “The Courier Guy” for all our deliveries and finds the “The Courier Guy” to be a reliable delivery service. All deliveries are charged at a standard courier fee of a R100.00.

Kindly allow 5-20 working days for delivery.

Once placed all orders will be sent out the following Wednesday, unless stated otherwise. Your order should be delivered in a day or two after the courier service has collected it but please bear in mind, we no longer have control over the delivery period once they have collected it. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Dra Afrikaner (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Dra Afrikaner (Pty) Ltd will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition.If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Dra Afrikaner (Pty) Ltd profile.
